شروط استخدام Shkshk

باستخدام Shkshk فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
1. الأهلية والحساب
التطبيق مخصص لعمر 13 سنة فأكثر. أنت مسؤول عن حسابك وعن صحة المعلومات التي تقدمها وعن حماية وسيلة تسجيل الدخول. لا تنتحل شخصية الآخرين ولا تنقل الحساب بطريقة تخالف شروط مزوّد تسجيل الدخول.
2. الاستخدام المقبول واللعب النزيه
يجوز استخدام التطبيق للترفيه واللعب المشروع فقط. يُحظر الغش أو تعديل العميل أو تزوير النتائج أو أتمتة المباريات أو استغلال الأخطاء أو تعطيل الخدمة أو تجاوز حدود المعدل أو مضايقة اللاعبين أو إرسال محتوى مسيء. يمكننا إلغاء نتائج أو تقييد حساب أو إيقافه لحماية اللاعبين والخدمة.
3. الأصدقاء والبلاغات
أنت مسؤول عن تفاعلاتك. استخدم الحظر والبلاغ عند الحاجة. لا تستخدم الأسماء أو البلاغات للإساءة أو التضليل، وقد نراجع البلاغات ونتخذ الإجراء المناسب.
4. XP والمكافآت
XP والرتب والإطارات والإنجازات والمكافآت عناصر افتراضية للترفيه فقط، بلا قيمة نقدية ولا ملكية قابلة للتحويل. قد نعدّل التوازن أو نزيل مكاسب ناتجة عن خطأ أو غش.
5. الإعلانات والخدمات الخارجية
قد يعرض التطبيق إعلانات عند تفعيلها ويعتمد على خدمات Google وCloudflare وExpo وSentry. تخضع عمليات تسجيل الدخول والإعلانات لبعض شروط تلك الجهات أيضاً.
6. الملكية الفكرية
التطبيق وتصميمه وكوده وأصوله، باستثناء العلامات والمكونات المملوكة لأصحابها، مملوكة لـShkshk أو مرخّصة له. لا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة توزيعها أو استخدامها تجارياً دون إذن.
7. التوفر والتحديثات
نبذل جهداً معقولاً لتوفير الخدمة، لكن لا نضمن عدم الانقطاع. قد نحدّث الألعاب والقواعد والميزات أو نوقف جزءاً منها لأسباب تقنية أو أمنية أو قانونية.
8. حدود المسؤولية
يُقدّم التطبيق «كما هو» ضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون. لا نتحمل خسائر غير مباشرة أو فقدان تقدم بسبب انقطاع خارج سيطرتنا، ولا تستبعد هذه الشروط مسؤولية لا يسمح القانون باستبعادها.
9. الإنهاء والتغييرات
يمكنك إنهاء الاستخدام وحذف الحساب في أي وقت. يمكننا تقييد الاستخدام عند مخالفة الشروط. سنحدّث التاريخ وننبه للتغييرات الجوهرية. للتواصل: shkshk.app@gmail.com.
Shkshk Terms of Use

By using Shkshk, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility and account
The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and protecting your sign-in method. Do not impersonate others or transfer an account contrary to the sign-in provider's terms.
2. Acceptable use and fair play
Use the app only for lawful entertainment and gameplay. Cheating, modified clients, forged results, automated matches, exploit abuse, service disruption, rate-limit bypass, harassment, and offensive content are prohibited. We may invalidate results or restrict or suspend accounts to protect players and the service.
3. Friends and reports
You are responsible for your interactions. Use block and report tools when needed. Do not misuse names or reports for abuse or deception; we may review reports and take appropriate action.
4. XP and rewards
XP, ranks, frames, achievements, and rewards are entertainment-only virtual items with no cash value or transferable ownership. We may rebalance them or remove gains caused by errors or cheating.
5. Ads and external services
The app may show advertising when enabled and depends on Google, Cloudflare, Expo, and Sentry services. Sign-in and advertising may also be governed by those providers' terms.
6. Intellectual property
The app, design, code, and assets, except third-party marks and components owned by their respective owners, are owned by or licensed to Shkshk. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.
7. Availability and updates
We use reasonable efforts to provide the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update games, rules, and features or discontinue part of the service for technical, security, or legal reasons.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect loss or progress lost because of outages outside our control, and these Terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination and changes
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may restrict use for violations. We will update the date and notify users of material changes. Contact: shkshk.app@gmail.com.
