يمكنك حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به مباشرة من التطبيق أو إرسال طلب خارجي إذا لم يعد بإمكانك الدخول.
الحذف الفوري من التطبيق
1. افتح ShkShk وسجّل الدخول للحساب المطلوب.
2. افتح تبويب حسابي، ثم اضغط حذف الحساب.
3. وافق على رسالتي التأكيد. يبدأ الحذف فوراً، وتسجّل خروجك عند اكتماله.
طلب الحذف من خارج التطبيق
إذا تعذّر الدخول وكان الحساب مرتبطاً ببريد، أرسل الطلب من البريد المرتبط. أما حساب اسم المستخدم غير المرتبط ببريد، فأرسل اسم المستخدم ورقم اللاعب المكوّن من 8 أرقام. لا ترسل كلمة المرور. قد نطلب معلومات محدودة إضافية للتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل الحذف.

نعالج الطلب المتحقق منه خلال 30 يوماً ونرسل تأكيداً عند الانتهاء.
ما يتم حذفه
- حساب المصادقة ومعرّف المستخدم.
- الملف الشخصي واسم المستخدم ورقم اللاعب والاسم والصورة الرمزية والإطار واللغة.
- بيانات اعتماد حساب اسم المستخدم، بما فيها اشتقاق كلمة المرور المشفّر والمملّح؛ لا نخزّن كلمة المرور كنص مقروء.
- XP والإحصاءات والإنجازات والمكافآت والتحديات.
- الأصدقاء والطلبات والتحديات المتبادلة والسلاسل وقائمة الحظر.
- رمز الإشعار والحضور عبر الإنترنت.
- البلاغات التي قدّمها الحساب.
ما قد يُحتفظ به
قد تبقى بلاغات الإساءة المقدّمة ضد الحساب، بما فيها المعرّف والمحتوى المرتبط، بقدر ما يلزم فقط للسلامة والتحقيق ومنع تكرار الإساءة والامتثال، مع تقييد الوصول، ثم تُحذف عندما تنتفي الحاجة. وقد تبقى سجلات الأعطال أو الأمان لدى مزوّدي الخدمة حتى نهاية دورة الاحتفاظ المهيأة لديهم.
الحذف نهائي: لا يمكن استعادة التقدم أو الأصدقاء أو المكافآت بعد اكتماله.

Delete your ShkShk account

You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app, or submit an external request if you can no longer sign in.
Immediate in-app deletion
1. Open ShkShk and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Account, then tap Delete Account.
3. Accept both confirmation prompts. Deletion starts immediately and you are signed out when it finishes.
External deletion request
If you cannot sign in and the account has a linked email address, send the request from that address. For a username-only account with no linked email, include the username and 8-digit player number. Never send your password. We may request limited additional information to verify ownership before deletion.

We process a verified request within 30 days and send a confirmation when completed.
Data that is deleted
- Authentication account and user identifier.
- Profile, username, player number, player name, avatar, frame, and language.
- Username-account credentials, including the salted password derivation; the password is never stored as readable text.
- XP, statistics, achievements, rewards, and challenges.
- Friends, requests, shared challenges, streaks, and block list.
- Push token and online presence.
- Reports submitted by the account.
Data that may be retained
Abuse reports made against the account, including the relevant identifier and report content, may be retained only as reasonably necessary for safety, investigation, repeat-abuse prevention, and compliance, with restricted access, and deleted when no longer needed. Crash or security logs held by service providers may remain until their configured retention cycle expires.
Deletion is permanent: progress, friends, and rewards cannot be recovered after completion.
